Whenever I go home, one of my favorite things to do, next to spending quality time with family and friends, is indulging in some serious grilled beef, suya, at the Briquiterie in Yaounde. ‘Cinquante-cinquante’ Suya is usually my favorite street food treat, as it is fresh-grilled-spicy-beef that only cost 50fcfa per stick.
